Only for +13 years of age. Younger children will not fit the headset + their eyesight are not fully developed
Please notice: Some people might experience motion sickness or headaches. In these cases make sure to stop using the VR glasses. Also make sure to take a break often. (10 minutes every hour) when using the VR glasses.
Also if you have experienced epilectic seizures, don’t use the VR glasses, as there are fast flickering and moving pictures, which can trigger this.
And finally, please pay attention to your surroundings. It is easy to loose balance when watching VR video in the  VR glasses.
