How to change alarm from beeper to radio:

When you set the alarm (push and hold until alarm time blinks).. then you set the time first.. then push once on alarm button.. it will show BB for beeper.. then push + key to change to RD (radio). And then push alarm button once to choose.. now it shows a number. This is volume and can  be set from 1 – 15 using the -/+ keys. And then finally confirm with alarm button again.
